St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a Full Time Family Medicine Physician for Saratoga Family Practice located at 11 Hampstead Place in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support.
Saratoga Family Practice, located at 11 Hampstead Place in Saratoga Springs, NY. is seeking a Physician to join their dynamic team of physicians. Ideal candidate will be patient centered, have exceptional clinical and communication skills and possess a strong commitment to providing high quality healthcare to communities we serve. Candidates will need to be Board Certified and licensed to practice in New York.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage
- Physician governed organization with physician led JOC
- Option for flexible schedule - 3, 4, or 5 day work week

REQUIREMENTS:
- NYS licensure and DEA required
- Board Certified
- Open to experienced or new graduate candidates
- Strong interest in the provision of Primary Care for all ages.
RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:
We offer a competitive base salary with earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.
- Competitive starting salary range of $250,000 - $260,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity.
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
- Starting Bonus of up to $75,000
- Retention Bonus of $25,000
- Resident compensation available - up to 50K per year for early sign on
